Carlos Mesa, the Former President of Bolivia, visited Wadsworth House while on campus to deliver an address co-sponsored by the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies and the Latin American Caucus at the Kennedy School.  Two Kennedy School students accompanied him to the Marshal's Office to meet with Jackie O'Neill and to sign the university guest book.
