Former Prime Minister of Senegal, Aminata Touré, visited Wadsworth House during her week in residence at the Future of Diplomacy Project at the Kennedy School. She is currently a special envoy of President Macky Sall for Internal and External Affairs. While at Harvard, she held office hours, led two study groups on opportunities and challenges in Africa, spoke at an event with the Women and Public Policy Program, and co-led a seminar with Ambassador Nicholas Burns titled “Present and Future Africa” with the Future of Diplomacy Project. She also met with Center for African Studies director Emmanuel Akyeampong, and had a short tour of the Yard with an undergraduate student.
