The Armenian Foreign Minister, Edward Nalbandian, visited the Marshal's Office prior to delivering a talk at the Harvard Kennedy School. While at Wadsworth House, Minister Nalbandian presented an award on behalf of the Armenian government to Armenian-American surgeon Dr. Ernest Barsamian for his long, distinguished medical career, which was mostly spent as a Harvard affiliate.
