Hello, and welcome.

Welcome to Harvard University and to the Marshal’s Office! The team in the Marshal’s Office is eager to engage with faculty, staff, and student organizations from across Harvard to welcome distinguished guests from all corners of the world. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming experience for our special visitors and to provide helpful advice to those who are planning a visit. We are working to create a dynamic, contemporary, and inclusive office that serves the broader Harvard community and is truly a front door to the University.

We’d like to let you know that our historic home, Wadsworth House, is undergoing necessary renovations and will be under construction for the 2024-2025 academic year. During this period, the Marshal’s Office and Commencement team have relocated to the Smith Campus Center, Suite 842. While we ordinarily host special guests and delegations in the Wadsworth House Parlor Room, we are grateful to the Harvard Faculty Club, where we will now greet our special visitors.
